I'm really happy with my latest buy, a puffer coat. It got here fast, the price was great, and the item matched the description perfectly. This has become my go-to winter coat, and I'm seriously considering grabbing another one in a different shade.

I ordered a beautiful coat that showed up quickly and, at first glance, was just what I was looking for. But, (and this is why I gave it 3 stars) after wearing it a few times, the filling began to poke through the lining and caused some pilling on my clothes underneath. I sent the coat back at the end of January to get my money back. By February 17th, I still hadn’t received any updates or my refund, so I reached out to customer service through email. I must say, their response was top-notch, and they handled the problem super fast. I’ve got my refund now. I’ll definitely shop with them again since they offer a wide range of brands, meaning the quality can vary.

I had been on the hunt for a cozy longline puffer coat with side poppers at the bottom for quite some time. Then I stumbled upon a Vero Moda option on the One Nation clothing website. I needed the coat before my son's football match, and thankfully, One Nation was pretty close to my place, allowing me to pick it up. After a helpful chat with one of the friendly ladies who run the business, I decided to go for the collection. I paid and swung by the next day. I had ordered a large size, but when I tried it on there, I was super glad they let me do that because I ended up choosing a medium, which fit just right. Lovely and nicely crafted shirt. The draped neckline requires a solid finish, which is key for wearing, and this shirt delivers. The fabric is great as well. It drapes nicely on the body. Exactly what I was looking for.

I picked up the Ulrikka coat in Khaki and have received tons of compliments while sporting it. It's fashionable, keeps me warm, repels water, and fits perfectly since I'm on the shorter side. After seeing me in it, two of my pals decided to grab the same coat too.

I've enjoyed wearing this coat so much that I ended up getting it in black and Khaki once more to have on hand, plus I snagged another similar one in cream.

The clothing is top-notch, but the customer service really shines. Evri sent my package back to the sender without trying to deliver it first, and ONC quickly sent out a replacement without any hassle. I highly suggest giving them a try. X
